About

I completed the 200hr Teacher Training in Australia and instantly fell in love with Yoga. It was first the physical aspect that attracted me to the practice, namely I came to yoga to complementing for running. I soon recognized that combining Jogging with Yoga provide many benefits for fitness and health. But my constant practice and curiosity soon led me to a deeper interest into the spiritual practice. I continued to study with many teachers and completed the 300hr Teacher Training in Zurich followed by a 200 hr Teacher Training in the Yoga Traditions.

Taking inspiration from each of my teachers along the way, I focus on bringing strength to the body and clarity to the mind, whilst hopefully having some fun along the way. My passion for yoga grew into wanting to make this my new path in life and share it with others – as Nelson Mandela says “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.”

My Philosophy

Mindful movement connected with breath helps us reconnect to what matters – living in the present, feeling the present and truly being in the present.

I want to take my students with me on a journey that lightens the heart and strengthens the body, whilst providing a means through which everyone can access yoga and continue refine their own meaning and practice of yoga.
